Found a tag?
Thank you for helping bring it home.
Reaching the owner takes about a minute. There's no app to install and no account to create, and the owner's contact details stay private.
01Scan the QR code
Open your phone's camera, point it at the QR code on the tag and tap the link that appears.
02Read the profile
You'll see the pet's or item's name and any notes from the owner, such as care instructions or where to drop it off.
03Contact the owner
Send the owner a message from the page. If it's been marked lost, you may also be able to call or text them and share where you found it.
Camera not picking it up?
- Wipe the tag clean and find some light.
- Hold the phone a hand's width away and keep it steady for a second or two.
- On older phones, use a QR scanner app or the scan option in your camera settings.
